Exhortation

‎"For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes" - Rom 1:16

Church family (Harvest Bible Chapel York Region and others), are you proud of the gospel of Jesus Christ? If so, join me around 6PM tonight at Markville Mall to preach it in this evangelistic effort. Come "eager to preach the gospel" (v15). If you are unable to come, mention me in your prayers without ceasing (v9), so that the power of God may be unleashed through me tonight, that souls may be saved.

Call/text me if you are coming.

Testimony

Apparently it's weird when a stranger approaches you when you're eating to talk about where you are spending eternity. Whatever.

One conversation stood out. The guy was so shy and so quiet that he responded only with one word answers to everything I asked. But he kept listening, so I kept talking and explaining the full gospel to him. Praise God for the opportunity to evangelize and for willing ears! Thank you to all who prayed.

Purpose Statement

We go out every Tuesdays to the local mall to share God's gospel of repentance and faith in Jesus Christ alone for the forgiveness of sins and eternal life (Rom 1:3; Luke 24:47; Gal 2:16; John 17:3).

We pray at all times knowing that it is only the Holy Spirit's work that will save people, with us being the chosen instruments (Eph 6:18; Rom 8:26; Acts 9:15).

We disciple others to fulfill the great commission and equip more Christians to multiply across all nations (Matt 28:19; 2 Tim 2:2).

We weep bitterly over every lost soul that is rejecting God and would do anything for their salvation (Phil 3:18; Rom 9:3).

We believe that the primary goal of evangelism is the same as every other spiritual gift: to build up the church (Eph 4:11-12).

We share, for that end, an exhortation before we go out and a testimony when we return in order to edify as many people as possible, especially our local body of believers (Eph 4:29; Gal 6:10).

We hope, to that end, you will be encouraged and challenged by this site (1 Thess 5:11; 2 Tim 4:2).

We will never stop evangelizing, never stop building up Christ's church, and never stop working for Him until the whole world never stops worshiping Him (Psalm 67:5).

We want you to evangelize too, but even more to unceasingly pray with us and for us because it is more effective than you can imagine and is where the battle is fought, then won (2 Tim 4:5; Eph 3:20; 1 Thess 5:17; Eph 6:12).
